In addition to my credentials I have the experience as someone who is in their mid 50’s who has been an endurance athlete, body builder, personal trainer and road cyclist, and also someone who has been overweight and out of shape, and someone who has had to learn to walk again after an injury. I combine all of this experience with my coaching skills to truly understand and support the journey to better health and well-being that you are on.
