Coaching is a proven way to make changes, gain insight and get clarity. It isn't a process of providing advice, instead I work with you and ask lots of questions, challenge you and use proven coaching techniques to help you reach the solutions you want.
The science is really clear that if I give you advice that you probably won't take it, and it probably isn't right for you anyway. But if I work with you as a coach then we know that any changes you want to make will last longer. I may offer advice if I think it will be useful, but I will always ask your permission first.
You can have a single coaching session, buy a package of 3 or 6 sessions, or have a session just whenever you want. That's the beauty about coaching, it's focused on you and what actually works for you.
I am based in New Zealand but my coaching sessions are carried out over Zoom or Skype so you can be anywhere in the world (as long as you have good internet access).

I provide individual and group health coaching, well-being & resilience improvement, weight loss and personal training sessions. We will work together to find the way that works best for you and produces actual results.
