Hi, I’m Sean.

I am passionate about health and well-being because I have experienced both good and bad health. I have been in absolutely great shape in my mind and body, and I have also experienced burn out and the effects this has on the body and mind (and I have the photos to prove it – check out the black and white photo below). I am also on my own journey back to full health and I invite you to join me as we get back what we deserve to have. From this experience comes a passion to share proven tools and techniques with you to ensure you are living your best life.

If you like people with credentials I have a few of those. The most relevant are that I am a Certified Professional Coach (ALCA), a Masteries Practitioner (IAC),  a Certified Health Coach (ACE), a Certified Personal Trainer (NCSF), a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), International Association of Coaching (IAC) and the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA). I also have university degrees in business management (MBA), sociology (BA), and resource management (MSc).

I split my time living between New Zealand and the USA. In my spare time I am an enthusiastic cyclist and also a passionate amateur musician. I am driven by a life long love of learning and a curiosity about what’s possible. I am a huge fan of proven coaching techniques that deliver real tangible results, and I am passionate about working with people just like you to coach them to their best life.

I specialize in coaching people who are:

  • Recovering from physical, mental and/or emotional burn out;
  • Looking to regain fitness and strength;
  • Over 30’s who are tired of thinking their best days are behind them;
  • Great at imagining and setting personal and professional goals, but not necessarily achieving them

A typical session may include any of the following depending on what your specific needs are:

  • Life coaching to resolve issues and take advantage of future possibilities;
  • Setting specific health and well-being goals;
  • Developing physical exercise programmes;
  • Setting nutritional goals;
  • Checking in on progress.

I offer one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and workshops on specific topics relating to health, well-being and authentic happiness.
